Collaboration
A Basin Advisory Committee (BAC) was created with representatives from agriculture, environment, recreation/quality of life, economic development, local government, Tribal government, and federal and state government sectors. The BAC advises the governments of Oregon, Washington state, and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation on strategies to improve the basin, including project and policy development.
